EarnTalk Inc (“EarnTalk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use EarnTalk (the “Service”), and the rights available to you under applicable law.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in advance as described in Section 13.
What EarnTalk is. EarnTalk is a platform that provides connectors and third-party applications for Personal Agents. Its initial product is an AI-native transaction platform for creators, bloggers, artists, and artisans, where each creator’s personal agent operates a global account. EarnTalk is currently pre-revenue and in early access.

2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted or hashed form), together with any other registration fields you complete.
- Profile and business information: information you add to operate on the platform, such as creator or business profile details, payout preferences, and business qualification or verification documents you choose or are required to submit.
- Payment information: transaction amounts and payment status. We do not store complete card numbers — card data is processed by our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Communications: emails, support tickets, and feedback you send to us.
- Content and integration information: content, instructions, and settings you provide when you connect a Personal Agent, a third-party application, or another service to EarnTalk.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and network information: IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, and time zone.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, actions taken, operation logs, and session duration.
- Log data: request times, error logs, and performance data.
- Transaction information: records needed to operate the platform, including orders, payouts, and interactions between a user’s Personal Agent and connected applications.
Location information. We collect location information only with your authorization, and only to provide location-dependent features, comply with legal requirements, and prevent fraud.
Third-party sign-in. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider makes available with your authorization.

We may aggregate or de-identify data for statistical analysis. Aggregated or de-identified data cannot reasonably be used to identify a specific individual.

You can adjust your preferences through your browser settings or, where available, our cookie settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, including “sell” as defined under applicable laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, payment, customer support, analytics, and similar providers, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Payment processing: Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Card data is never stored on our servers.
- Business partners: where necessary to provide a feature you use, limited to the data required for that feature.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: in response to applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with advance notice and with data protection obligations continuing to apply.
- With your consent: for other purposes, only with your explicit prior consent.
Platform and integration sharing
EarnTalk is a platform. To complete a transaction, transaction-related information is shared with the transaction counterparty — for example, a buyer, a creator, or their respective Personal Agents — to the extent necessary to complete that transaction, including order, fulfillment, and payout information.
When you choose to connect a third-party service, API, or agent platform to EarnTalk, data flows to that integration at your direction and in accordance with the connection and permissions you set. Those third parties process the data they receive under their own privacy policies (see Section 12).
6. Data Security Measures
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS for data transmitted to and from the Service.
- Storage security: passwords and other sensitive data are encrypted or hashed.
- Access controls: least-privilege access; personnel with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Monitoring: periodic security reviews, auditing, and vulnerability scanning.
- Payment security: card data is handled only by Stripe as described in Section 5.
If a security incident affects your rights or interests, we will notify you and, where legally required, the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of discovery, where that notification is legally required. Please keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.
7. Retention of Personal Information

Where a longer retention period is required by law, regulation, or an ongoing legal or dispute process, we retain the relevant data for that period and delete or anonymize it when the requirement ends.

To exercise any of the rights below, contact us at zealen@earntalk.app. We will respond to your request within 30 calendar days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your place of residence.
9. Marketing Communications and Opt-Out
With your consent, we may send marketing communications about EarnTalk features, products, and events by email or in-service notification. You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in a marketing email, turning off marketing notifications in your account settings, or contacting us at zealen@earntalk.app.
Opting out of marketing does not affect service-essential notices, such as billing, security, and policy update messages.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Our servers and service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and, where our providers operate, other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
Where personal information is transferred across borders, we apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer, including:
- Data processing agreements that incorporate the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), where applicable;
- Transferring data only to recipients that provide a comparable level of protection; and
- Other recognized transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, where they apply.
11. Protection of Minors
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at zealen@earntalk.app and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services, applications, APIs, and agent platforms. This Policy applies only to information we collect directly. We are not responsible for the data practices of third parties, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies before using them.
13. Changes to This Policy
If we make a material change to this Policy, we will notify you at least 15 days before the change takes effect, by platform announcement or by email to your registered email address, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
