EarnTalk Inc ("EarnTalk," "we," "us"), a Wyoming corporation located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, operates connectors and third-party applications for Personal Agents. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and business information you provide when registering or contacting us (e.g., zealen@earntalk.app correspondence).
• Usage data: logs of API calls, feature usage, device and browser information collected automatically to operate and secure the services.
• Payment data: billing information is processed by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Creator/merchant data: listings, pricing, and transaction metadata you publish through the platform.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to: provide and improve the services; process payments and prevent fraud; communicate with you about your account; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent where required, send product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
